Important: Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) before registering or uploading your video submission to the Values20 Engagement Group website.
By registering on, using the Values20 website and/or the services including accessing, installing or using the site and/or the data, you agree to and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions under this agreement, you agree not to access the site or upload your video on values20.com
REGISTRATION
Each user is required to register on the site for the purpose of accessing and using the site and its services (“Signup/Register/Registration”) and create a user account (“User Account”) under the following terms and conditions:
The user agrees and acknowledges that the registered user is solely responsible for keeping secure the registration details required to access the site;
The user acknowledges and agrees that for the purpose of this agreement, all actions performed by any person using the registration details shall be deemed to have been committed by the user and the user will be liable for the same;
The company reserves the right to refuse to permit any person to register as a user, to refuse to permit any person to access the site, terminate user accounts, and remove or edit content at its sole discretion especially if the user tries to upload any indecent or inappropriate content to the website.
Communications & Users’ Content
Any information that you provide to Values20 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of our platform you consent to the collection and use of this information including using your content cross our social media, digital and public channels or within our case studies. As part of a registered user we might also email you regarding new updates and announcements which you may opt out from receiving.
VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS.

Videos can be uploaded to the values20.com URL address only. Videos can be no longer than 30 seconds in length. It is suggested that videos be in English.

The videos must not Violate or infringe any copyrights, including but not limited to privacy, property, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement which includes brand names, copyrighted work or trademarks, other than the participant’s trademarks, logos and designs, which participant has limited license to use for the sole purposes of submitting an entry to this campaign.

Use any non-public-domain music unless the entrant has entered into licenses with the owners of all copyrights for such music, including but not limited to the music composition and the music performance

Include photos, artwork, writing, or music not created and performed by participant

Include content that is hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or illegal, inciting hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on gender, race, color, creed, disability, national origin, religion, age, marital status, lawful alien status, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected category;

Contain content that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state or country where the video is created;

Communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and or goodwill to which Values20 wishes to associate with.

Content / video shared doesn’t pertain directly to the site or the overall campaign requirements which solely is to highlight world values

Content / video shared advocating illegal activity or discussing an intent to commit an illegal act

Any indecent content

Threatens or abuses others, libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, is obscene, pornographic, racist, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive.
Upon submission of your video content Values20.com reserves the right to disapprove the content submitted and not publish it on the platform for breaking any of the above terms.
